At Gem City Rentals, we’re committed to making your rental experience as convenient as possible.
That’s why we offer multiple hassle-free payment methods, allowing you to pay your rent quickly and securely.
Rent is due on the 1st of every month by 5 p.m., and we’ve made it easier than ever to stay on top of your payments.

How to Pay Your Rent
We accept the following payment methods:
To make a payment using Zelle, please follow these instructions:
- Log in to your bank’s online banking platform or mobile banking app.
- Locate the option to send money with Zelle.
- Enter the following email address or mobile phone number:
- Email: gemcityrentals@gmail.com
- Mobile Phone Number:(937) 830-1055
- Enter the amount you wish to pay.
- Enter rental address in the memo field.
- Review and confirm the payment details.
- Complete the payment.
To make a payment using Venmo, please follow these instructions:
- Open the Venmo app on your mobile device.
- Navigate to the “Pay or Request” screen.
- Enter the recipient’s Venmo username or phone number:
- Venmo Username: @gemcityrentals
- Phone Number: 937-830-1055
- Enter the amount you wish to pay.
- Enter rental address in the memo field.
- Review and confirm the payment details.
- Complete the payment.
To make a payment using Cash App, please follow these instructions:
- Open the Cash App on your mobile device.
- Navigate to the option to make a payment.
- Enter the amount you wish to pay.
- Enter the recipient’s username or phone number:

- Enter rental address in the “add a note” field.
- Review and confirm the payment details.
- Complete the payment.
Please mail your
money order/check
at least SEVEN DAYS before the first of the month. Doing so, will ensure that it’s received on or before the due date.
